January 22, 2008 - "This group is for real... look for my article about same in the January 2008 issue of AAJ's TRIAL Magazine..
Working with InjuryBoard is one of the easiest, fastest ways to dominate the Internet. Of course, like any marketing tool, the folks who tend to do well and report great results and ROI are the folks who are maximizing the use of the tool.
We are really building a network of lawyers who are marketing in a way that's bringing back respectability to the American Trial Lawyer."

December 14, 2007 - "We have been with the group for three years and it has been a good source of referrals and new cases. I get steady email inquiries, as well as referrals from other attorneys in the network. At year end 2007 I had an opportunity to look back at our income vs. outlay with Injuryboard and it wasn't even close, we have made much more on the cases than we have paid out over the last 3 years. Please call me if you have any questions."

February 6, 2008 - "The InjuryBoard group has been a tremendous asset to us in terms of cases, referrals, and developing lasting relationships with others. It is also a rather unique opportunity to join in the battle of promoting accurate information and guidance to those who need it most in their times of strife and turmoil.
I can certainly attest based on our experience that any firm that gets involved and uses its full potential will certainly see the rewards of their efforts and dedication. I would be happy to speak with you further about the group and the intangibles it has to offer should you so desire. I can give you a firsthand perspective as we have been for years now and do not ever plan on letting this asset and viable medium out of our grasps. Give me a call at the number below if you have any questions and/or concerns."

January 15, 2008 - "I joined the group several years ago after having squandered a lot of money on various TV and internet lead services. The InjuryBoard network is the only one that has proved worthwhile, with real traffic that produces cases for our firm. And the organization continues to elevate its internet presence and services to the member group. We have also benefited from having a national network of attorneys for reciprocal case referral opportunities, expert referrals and quick access to questions of local practice in other jurisdictions. I strongly encourage your coming aboard and adding to our network. Feel free to call if you have any questions."

February 5, 2008 - "I hesitated for over two years to join. I tried other platforms and business models all promising "traffic" but none ever came. The platforms were not something I had a hand in controlling the content. They were pretty slick ways to get to my dollars and taught me nothing. I already know how to write checks and I'm sure you do as well. We are all in a tough market. It's getting tougher. I need information that explains the marketing to me and provides a platform to advertise in a way that is smart. I really don't need smart answers as much as I need smart advertising. With this group I have both.
So is it worth it for your firm? To answer that question you have to analyze what you're doing, how much you are already spending and how well it's working.
If you can tell me how many advertising dollars you're currently wasting (ad dollar efficiency) each month I'd tell you if you should stop what you're doing and try something else. If you can tell me if you'll participate in our group, and to what extent, then I can tell you if this will be worth it. I read that insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over and over again; even though it isn't working.
Here is what I asked myself when I joined: Let's assume the platform doesn't work for my firm. And that it becomes apparent after 12 months. Then what? You do something different; that's what. It may work for your firm and then again it may not work. But to keep doing the same old thing with advertising that is clearly not working meets the definition of being insane. The Yellow Book people know it's not working for us, I could see it in their eyes and facial expressions when I'd asked the tough questions. Their answers were always the same, lame, vague with hints that I had figured it out.
These next ten years are all about case selection. The lawyer who keeps talking about the good old days and hoping they will return is the guy that keeps chasing numbers and not quality cases. He keeps spending thousands of dollars on the Yellow Page ads to get 35 carpal tunnel cases and 35 MIST cases and hasn't got time to analyze the high fee cases. Good luck with that thinking because the good old days aren't returning, not in the foreseeable future. It's going to get worse not better. So why is it that we keep doing same-OLE-same-OLE?
This group is the Cadillac of the Internet and is the Wikipedia of the legal world. Day to day 100 lawyers work on the investment return. If we made widgets Uncle Warren would be knocking on the door. At your firm's annual meeting get some answers to these questions and you'll know if our group is right to test drive. At the meeting work to open their eyes to:
1. Today's market is our reality for the foreseeable future.
2. How many dollars are we wasting?
3. We're acting insane.
4. What are the other possibilities?
5. Are we going to change or go the way of the dinosaur?
6. Who is willing to accept change and join is everyone willing to suffer a slow death?
Onward we march...

August 6, 2007 - "InjuryBoard is without a doubt the most sophisticated and state of the art network of trial attorneys in the United States. The founders understood, long before anyone else, the power of the Internet to change the way that attorneys collaborate, introduce themselves to prospective clients and help shape important legal issues both locally and nationally. InjuryBoard will continue to grow and to push boundaries. I'm proud to be part of this important cutting edge organization."

March 8, 2007 - "I have nothing but the highest regard for these folks and the work they do. They are first class and know better than anyone else the internet world.
Tom Young and InjuryBoard started soliciting me about five years ago with leads. He would send me two or three cases every month and we would talk occasionally on the phone, etc. I often wondered where this Florida attorney got these Texas cases and why was he sending them to me. After awhile, Tom said that he had this business model called InjuryBoard. It was one of the largest websites and content providers devoted to personal injury law. It was pretty impressive. Tom had great placement on the major search engines with great key words, etc. I was hooked.
I have been a huge fan of Tom's ever since I have known him. I think he offers a cutting edge product. He and his company stay on top of all of the latest trends. He has created a network of attorneys whose mission is to work together to make all of us better at what we do and along the way get some decent cases. Tom shares the wealth. He understands the game better than most.
There are enough good cases to spread around. There are enough good attorneys who do what we do who can handle the good cases. There is no reason why we cannot share information and recreate the wheel every time we have a unique problem. More likely than not, one of the injury board partners will have faced the same issue you are facing now in one of your cases or vice versa. Because you are not competing directly with this partner in Dallas (me for instance) on a case that you are working on in your city, I am more likely to share war stories with you.
Now, Tom and his folks have created this blog network of all the partners which is another way of building up and creating great, original content. This increases web traffic for all of us.
So, to make a long story short - if you have a chance, I say sign up quick. Sign up before your competitor does. If you do not take your city, someone else will. I promise you, you will not be sorry. If you blog, you will get cases. You will earn more than what you pay Tom. It is a no lose situation.
In a year from now, this platform will be huge and in two years it will be even bigger and you will say, I am so glad I got in on this deal when I did.
Tom and his guys are working on some really exciting stuff and probably will unroll some unbelievable marketing campaigns in the next 6 to 9 to 12 months that you will not want to miss out on. I have a little inside track on some info as I am helping them on piece of the puzzle. I think what we are working on could be pretty phenomenal.
In any event, in case I did not say it, sign up fast if it is still available."
